James Arcila

James Arcila has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James currently serves as the Director of Site Operations at AAK since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The VMC Group as a Supply Chain professional from March 2019 to August 2020. James also owned Bebe International from July 2013 to August 2020. James has experience in operations at Reliance Vitamin from January 2016 to February 2019. James held managerial roles at L'Oréal as Manager of Manufacturing Supply Chain from December 2014 to January 2016 and as UP Cell Manager from January 2012 to November 2014. Prior to this, they worked as a Materials Manager at Honeywell International from January 2011 to February 2012. James served as a Supply Chain Leader from June 2009 to December 2010 and as a Supply Chain Manager from May 2007 to December 2009 at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. James began their career at Contract Filling Inc. as a QA/QC Lab Technician from January 2000 to January 2001 and later held positions as a Planning and Customer Service Clerk from January 2001 to January 2002 and as a Production Planning and Customer Service Manager from January 2002 to May 2007.
