Luiz Milan

Luiz Milan is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and operations management, serving as Plant Manager at AAK since April 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing production, maintenance, engineering, and safety. Luiz has successfully led capital expenditure processes, participated in strategic project development, and ensured compliance with multiple certification audits. Prior roles include Maintenance and Engineering Manager, where leadership of maintenance and utilities teams was paramount, and Mechanical Engineer, contributing to the construction of AAK’s first plant in Brazil. Luis also held positions at Ajinomoto do Brasil and Archer Daniels Midland Company, focusing on engineering projects and process improvements. Luiz holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista, a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from INPG Business School, and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management at FGV.
