Matthew Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Senior Shift Manager at AAK since September 2019. Prior to this role, Matthew spent over two decades at Cereal Partners Worldwide, where responsibilities spanned from Shift Manager to Team Manager, focusing on the production of Nestlé brands and fostering team collaboration to achieve performance goals. Early in the career, Matthew contributed as a Manufacturing Technician at the Bromborough site, ensuring production met safety and quality standards. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic and Social History from the University of Leicester, completed in 1994, along with a foundational education at Wirral Grammar School for Boys.
