Sharon E. Rose Holmes

Sharon E. Rose Holmes, M.S. in Management/Organizational Development and HRM, is a global talent management and organization development executive with over 20 years of experience. They have held leadership roles at companies such as Solenis, FMC Corporation, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they focused on improving organizational effectiveness and developing leadership capabilities. Currently, Sharon serves as the Global Head of OD & Talent Management at AAK, overseeing growth and employee engagement initiatives. They are also pursuing a B.A. in Liberal Arts at Spelman College and an MS in Management at the American University - Kogod School of Business.
