Stefan Eriksson

Stefan Eriksson is a Senior Procurement Manager at AAK Sweden AB, where they have led the Procurement department since April 2021, overseeing CAPEX and MRO purchasing for major AAK sites while managing six European locations. With over 30 years of experience in sourcing, trading, and procurement in the oils and fats industry, they have developed extensive expertise in supply chain functions and risk management. Prior to their current role, Stefan held various positions at AAK, including Purchasing Manager and Team Leader in Back-office, where they focused on logistics and financial administration. They also completed a Technical gymnasium and studied Informatics in Organisations at the University of Borås.
