Tracey Moss

Tracey Moss is an experienced Account Manager at AAK, where since 2006, responsibilities include managing key accounts for customers in Scotland and Northern England, particularly for specialty bakery ingredients, along with providing onsite technical support and training throughout the UK and Europe. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Development Technologist at Fox's Biscuits for a year in 2005 and a long tenure from 1986 to 2005 at Park Cakes Limited in the same role, where Tracey focused on projects for Marks & Spencer from concept to factory launch.
