Ryan Grindstaff

Dr. Grindstaff serves as President of AAKC and has been with us since 2008. He has held many roles during his time at AAKC, including AAKC Cost Center Chief, Chair and Medical Director, Department of Anesthesiology at OPRMC and AAKC Senior Vice President. Dr. Grindstaff attended medical school at University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine and also earned a PhD from the Department of Physiology while in Columbia. Dr. Grindstaff completed his Chief Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is a member of the National Anesthesiology Advisory Board, The Doctors Company and on the Board of Directors at Johnson County Interfaith Hospitality Network. He is especially interested in healthcare innovations/technology and novel approaches to healthcare management and delivery.
