Sander-Prather

Dr. Sander-Prather has been a practicing anesthesiologist with AAKC since 2006, after completing both her medical degree and her anesthesiology residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. A lifelong Kansan, Dr. Sander-Prather also completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at the University of Kansas, graduating with the highest honors in 1998. Dr. Sander-Prather is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. She has long been a leader with AAKC, having held the positions of Department Chair and Cost Center Chief in addition to her current position on their Board of Directors. Outside of her clinical and administrative roles in anesthesia, she enjoys crafting and attending multiple sports activities for her two children.
