We are founders, investors & tech execs turned into fund managers. The fund was named after Augusta Ada Lovelace, the first computer programmer, and we believe that serious tech talent is the source of systematic long-term value creation. 

Our fund is built on top of an engineering community which drives our deal flow, helps us and our partner funds with investment decisions, and supports our portfolio companies.

Being a global VC with HQ in Vancouver🇨🇦, we are present in North America, Europe, and Israel. 

We back deeply technical founders on Seed↔Series A stages building in AI, data, cloud, infra, devtools, open source, and other tech-heavy spaces.
