Chandra R is a seasoned HR and management consultant with decades of experience in human resources. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from Alagappa University and currently serve as the Director at AALPHA SEARCH, where they lead a team of up to 27 recruitment professionals. Since 2014, Chandra has also held the position of Director at AALPHA PRIME TECH GLOBAL, where they are responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the organization. Recruitment is both their passion and profession.
