Amit Gupta

Amit Gupta has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Amit started their career as an Account Executive in 1992. Amit then worked as an Ass. Manager - Finance & Company Secretary at Samtel - Teletube Electronics Limted from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they served as the Vice President of Finance & Accounts at SAKATA INX (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED from 1999 to 2011. Amit joined AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing in 2011 as CFO of India Operations and later became the Managing Director in 2015. Currently, they hold the role of Executive Director of Corporate Finance at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing.

Amit Gupta has a Master's Degree in Certified Public Accountant (M.B.A, CPA) which they obtained from an unspecified institution between 2000 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 1995 to 1998. In 1992, Amit earned a Master's Degree in ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Lastly, they obtained an ICWAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India between 1989 and 1992.
