Andrew North is an Area Manager in Forge and Machining at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they leverage their leadership skills to drive results in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. With prior experience as a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, Andrew successfully trained and developed a production team and solved problems with limited resources. Their career began with various internships and maintenance roles that built a foundation in tool management and production coordination. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in General Business Administration at Lawrence Technological University.
