B L Yashwanth is currently the Lead Software Controls Engineer at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they lead and support the development of thermal controls software and vehicle dynamics controls. They previously served as a Senior Analytical Engineer in Fluid Dynamics at AAM and held roles at CD-adapco, Hero MotoCorp Ltd, and Simerics Inc. Yashwanth earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has completed multiple degrees and certifications in mechanical and electrical engineering, including a Master’s from IIT Kanpur and a Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
