With a background in continuous improvement and lean methodologies, Barbara has held various roles at AAM, including Europe Driveline Industrial Engineering Leader and AOS Engineer. Prior experience includes a role at Faurecia as a Specialist in FES & Productivity, where responsibilities involved implementing lean principles and supporting operational efficiencies. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw and a master's in International Relations from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
