Caleb Reid is an Associate Systems Engineer at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since June 2024 and also serves as an Executive Project Assistant at Habitat Design + Sustainability LLC since November 2023. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama, Caleb has been involved with the National Society of Black Engineers as a member and Academic Excellence Committee Member since October 2019, and is also a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success since July 2020. Previous roles include diverse positions at EcoCar, where Caleb contributed as a DEI Delegate, Fundraising Coordinator, and in various technical teams until May 2024, as well as membership in ASME from February 2022. Prior experience includes a role in Product Engineering - Gear Development at AAM in summer 2023, and engagement with the NAACP from 2021 to May 2023. Early experience includes positions as a Program Assistant and Research Assistant at ImmersiveTouch, and as Executive Project Manager at Habitat Design + Sustainability LLC until December 2022.
