Chris Dawson has over 25 years of experience in the field of controls engineering. Currently serving as a Controls Engineer at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since February 2006, Chris initially worked as a Controls Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor at AAM's Detroit and Oxford Forge facilities before transferring to the Three Rivers Manufacturing Plant to support daily electrical and controls manufacturing issues. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Technician at Control Techniques Incorporated from 1994 to January 2006, where responsibilities encompassed panel building, field electrical work, PLC programming, and servicing major automotive clients including DANA, Visteon, Ford, Chrysler, and American Axle Manufacturing. Chris completed high school education at South Lake High School, earning a diploma in General Studies.
