Dan Bickersteth

Dan Bickersteth has extensive work experience in various leadership and board roles. Dan currently holds the position of Vice President, Axle Operating Systems at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Chairman of Groco Specialty Coatings Co, a specialty coatings manufacturer. Dan was also a Board Member of Oakland Automation, LLC from 2016 to 2022. In addition, they served as a Partner at Oakland Standard Co., a private equity firm, from 2015 to 2022. Dan was a Board Member at Motor City Fastener, Temperform, LLC, and Clio Holdings, LLC during the same time period. Prior to these roles, they served as President and COO at Paramount Precision Products, LLC and as CEO at Federal Broach & Machine Company LLC. Dan started their career at American Axle & Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Area Manager.

Dan Bickersteth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1994. In 1995, they pursued further education at Purdue University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
