Dan Gress has a diverse work experience, primarily in the automotive industry. Dan started their career in 2000 at Visteon Corporation, where they held positions such as Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor. In 2005, they joined AAM (American Axle & Manufacturing) as a Product Engineer and eventually moved up to Engineering Manager. After that, they worked at Airtex/ASC Performance Pumps as a Director of Product Engineering. Currently, they are employed at AAM as the Chief Engineer. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in product engineering, electrification, and product management.
Dan Gress completed their undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan from 1996 to 2000. Dan then pursued a Masters of Engineering in Manufacturing & Operations, also from the University of Michigan, in the year 2000.
