David Weber

David Weber has extensive experience in industrial engineering, currently serving as the Industrial Engineering Coordinator at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since April 2001. In this role, David leads industrial engineering efforts for new programs at a tier 1 automotive supplier, overseeing key functions such as Job Instructions, Plant Layout, Time Studies, and Lean Manufacturing activities. Prior to AAM, David held various positions at Intermet, including Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing industrial and manufacturing engineering for an aluminum die casting and machining plant. David holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
