Don Hoefler

Don Hoefler has extensive work experience in various roles related to HRIS and IT. Don started their career in 1998 as a Project Manager HRIS and Senior Business Analyst at Meritor. Don then moved on to ArvinMeritor, where they held roles such as Manager Information Technology Global HRIS and Payroll, Director Global HR, Payroll Systems & B2B Communications, and Director Shared Services Applications. In 2008, they joined TRW Automotive as Director HRIS and later became the IT Director, Functional Applications. Don continued their career at ZF TRW as the IT Director, Functional Applications. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Kelly Services as the IT Vice President, Global Applications. In 2022, they joined Medical Solutions as the VP of Business Transformation & Integration. Currently, they are the Director Global HRIS Workday at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing.

Don Hoefler attended Walsh College from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
