Ela Hermann

Ela Hermann is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Organizational Development / HR Manager at American Axle & Manufacturing since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ela held various HR positions at Continental from June 2012 to February 2021, and worked as an HR Business Partner at Samsung Semiconductor from August 2011 to May 2012. Ela's career in HR began at ING Insurance as a Talent Manager, followed by participation in the Graduate Management Development Program at ING Group. Additional experience includes internships at Henkel, Mars, and Procter & Gamble. Ela earned a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw, completing studies from 2001 to 2008.
