Currently serving as Director of the Finance Transformation Practice at The Hackett Group since February 2020, John D. previously held senior management positions at American Axle & Manufacturing, including Sr. Manager of the IT Integration Management Office and Sr. Project Manager for the global re-implementation of Oracle R12 enterprise business suite. John's career began at Valassis, where responsibilities included directing enterprise applications and customer operations. An MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BA from Michigan State University complement a strong background in strategic initiatives, project management, and process re-engineering.
