John Hibbler serves as the President of Encore Manufacturing Solutions LLC since April 2019, while also holding the position of Director of Advanced Project Quantum at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since September 2015. In this role, John is responsible for the development of advanced lightweight axle technology and its implementation at the Advance Technical Development Center in Detroit, Michigan. Additionally, John has been with AAM since 2009 in various leadership roles, including Director of Advanced Product and Process Development, where oversight of new product initiatives occurs. Prior experience includes significant roles at AAM, starting in 1994, and positions at Saginaw Final Drive and Forge from 1983 to 1994. John Hibbler holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Control Theory from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
