Johnathan Fuller is currently the Talent Acquisition Manager Europe at AAM, where they lead the hiring strategy across seven European countries for all functional departments. With 20 years of experience in corporate HR and talent management within the international technology sector, Johnathan focuses on talent acquisition, personal development, learning, change management, and leadership. They are passionate about fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture at AAM and have successfully implemented various initiatives to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience. Johnathan is also a certified systemic business coach, diversity recruiter, and project management associate. They hold a BA (Hons) from the University of Leeds and an MA in Anglistik from Universität Salzburg.
