Michael Armstrong

Michael Armstrong currently serves as the Executive Manufacturing Manager at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, overseeing operations at the largest driveline facility in the U.S. and three satellite locations, leading a workforce of approximately 1,200 employees. In addition, Michael is a co-owner of New Image Legacy Holdings LLC, specializing in professional equestrian training in dressage. Previously, Michael had an extensive career at General Motors spanning over 25 years, holding various leadership roles, including Director of Vehicle Production and Director of Plant Quality, where responsibilities ranged from managing production and maintenance to overseeing quality operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. Michael holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, along with an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology.
