Mike Stephens possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management, having served in various leadership roles at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since October 1994, including Director of Tooling and Director of Quality for AAM Metal Formed Products. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Die Room Supervisor and CNC Programmer at FormTech Industries LLC from March 1984 to October 1994. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University (1997-2001) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration from Central Michigan University (1990-1995).
