Pablo Garcia is currently a Plant Manager at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they are responsible for operating the area and managing resources to meet stretch targets. They possess extensive experience in industrial engineering, operations, and planning, having previously held various roles at General Motors, including Operations Manager for Machining Lines and Powertrain Planner. Pablo has successfully coordinated the launch of new programs and plants, showing a strong focus on results, teamwork, and effective communication throughout their career. They earned a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
