Phil Ayre

Phil Ayre has extensive experience in procurement, holding various director-level positions at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since April 1994. Currently serving as Director of Procurement for Asia based in Shanghai, Phil has previously managed procurement activities in Europe, including responsibilities for global strategies related to castings, forgings, and formed components. Phil's career includes significant roles at Hoover and Leyland DAF, along with a strong educational background featuring a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Central Lancashire and an HNC in Mechanical and Production Engineering.
