Pramod Lad has extensive experience in engineering and design management, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Design at AAM since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading a team of design engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery of design projects. Previously, Pramod held the position of Project Leader at Dana India Tech Center from April 2007 to December 2009, leading design checking initiatives and a team of checkers. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Sr Engineer (Prod Engg) at Force Motors from August 1995 to April 2007, focusing on new product development. Pramod holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM) from Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, along with a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from the College of Engineering & Polytechnic, Rajaramnagar.
