Randy Lesperance

Randy Lesperance serves as the Head of Assembly Operation at AAM Mexico and has held multiple executive roles within AAM, including Executive Director of Electric Propulsion Systems Engineering and Product Management, as well as Plant Manager for the Unibody Assembly and AAM Poland. With a background in product engineering and systems engineering, Randy was previously a Product Engineering Manager at AAM, leading the full frame drive line design team for FCA, and served as a Senior Product Engineer focused on lightweight rear beam axle designs. Prior experience includes roles at ZF as a Liaison Engineer and at Chrysler, where responsibilities spanned development, testing, and design engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University and specialized executive training from Columbia Business School and The Wharton School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University.
