Raymond Ong is an experienced professional in the field of motor design and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Motors at American Axle & Manufacturing since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ong was the Senior Motor Manager at Delta Electronics Americas from July 2018 to May 2021, and held various engineering positions at Magna International, including Senior Principal Engineer and Senior Electrical Machine Design Specialist from 2015 to 2018 and 2009 to 2015, respectively. Ong began his career at Ballard Power Systems as a Technical Specialist in Electromagnetic & Machine from 2001 to 2009 and worked as an EM Design Engineer at Ford Ecostar for a brief period.
