Roy Frederickson

Roy Frederickson has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and business management, primarily at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where tenure began in April 1998 and continues to the present. Roles held include Manufacturing Manager, Senior Manager of Business Planning and Industrial Engineering, Business Manager for Commercial Vehicles, Material Manager, and Director of Personnel. Additionally, from December 2005 to October 2008, Roy served as Manufacturing Manager and Area Manager at American Axle & Manufacturing. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Central Michigan University obtained between 2006 and 2008 and a BBA in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Eastern Michigan University, completed in 1997.
