Ryan Jaron has extensive experience in the gear manufacturing and engineering sector, currently serving as the Manager of Gear Manufacturing Engineering and Manager of Bevel Gear Process at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since September 2016. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions at ZF Group from March 2009 to September 2016 as a Gear Design and Development Engineer and Gear Manufacturing Supervisor. Earlier in Ryan's career, roles included AME Gear Engineer at Daimler Chrysler from January 2006 to January 2009 and Gear Development and Design at Chrysler Motors Corp from October 1993 to January 2006.
