Steve Boudrie

Steve Boudrie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Lincoln Memorial University. They previously served as Area Manager at American Axle & Manufacturing from 2002 to 2005, where they directed operations and ensured safety and productivity across various departments. Additionally, from 2013 to 2019, Steve held the role of Productivity Manager, driving significant productivity improvements and maintaining budget expenditures for labor and supplies. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership in manufacturing and operations management.
