Steve Rapley is a multifaceted Aerodynamicist and aerothermal CFD expert with extensive experience in computational fluid dynamics and automotive design analysis. They served as the Principal Aerodynamicist at Bladon Micro Turbine from 2019 to 2023, leading an Aerothermal Team and achieving significant project cost reductions. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Analytical Engineer at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they focus on oil flow and thermal management analysis.
