Colleen Elliott

Colleen Elliott has over nine years of experience as the Director of Standards at AAMI, where expertise in developing consensus-based international and national standards for medical devices has been demonstrated through collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Colleen serves as Secretary to ISO/TC 121 and ISO/TC 121/SC2. Prior roles include positions such as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Board of Governors at Reston Community Center, Executive Assistant at National Capital Planning Commission, and Operations Coordinator at Council on Foundations. Additionally, Colleen held roles involving board relations and executive support at the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting and National Business Group on Health. Colleen’s academic background includes a Master's degree in English from Salisbury University and a Bachelor's degree in French from Wake Forest University.
