Michael Strapason

Michael Strapason is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering within the HVAC and appliance industries. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at AAON, Inc. since March 2023, Michael previously held significant roles at Whirlpool Corporation as a Senior Process Engineer for over 21 years and at Black and Decker, Kwikset as a Mechanical Engineer. Michael's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at York International and a Project Engineer at Rheem Manufacturing, where expertise in plant layouts and assembly lines was developed. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
