Rich McAninch is a seasoned software programmer with extensive experience in various programming and analytical roles. Currently, Rich serves as a Software Programmer at AAON, Inc. since April 2022, focusing on the Paycom interface. Prior to this, Rich has held multiple positions including Programmer/Analyst at the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, contributing to web application development with MVC, Entity Framework, and .NET since March 2015. Additional experience includes roles at Lexis Nexis, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Oklahoma Legislature, where Rich developed software for Instrument Approach Procedures among other projects.
