Sherry Bates has extensive experience in human resources and engagement, currently serving as the Culture, Engagement, & Inclusion Manager at AAON, Inc. since November 2014, with prior roles including People and Culture Manager, HR Generalist, Culture and Engagement Specialist, and HR Analyst. Sherry's earlier career includes a position as a Behavioral Health Technician at Shadow Mountain from May 2009 to June 2011, where supervision of patient activities and coping skills occurred. Additionally, Sherry spent nearly a decade at Verizon Business, starting as an Administrative Assistant and progressing to roles in customer service and sales, culminating in a position as an Account Manager from 2004 to 2006. Sherry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Oral Roberts University, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
