AAP Consulting is a boutique advisory firm specialised in trade, climate action, energy, and critical raw materials. We support public institutions, development partners, and private clients across the full project cycle: from identifying and securing funding under international procurement and grant programmes, to providing strategic policy and regulatory advice, and managing complex technical assignments through to delivery.

Registered in both the United States and the European Union, we bring cross-jurisdictional fluency to a deliberately focused set of domains. Our work is concentrated where policy, regulation, and investment intersect, in the frameworks being built today that will define the operating environment for institutions and businesses for years to come.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience across our core sectors, a track record spanning more than 40 economies, and more than 100 successful proposals, we combine substantive policy expertise with the operational depth to deliver.

Where policy ambition meets operational reality.
