James Barry

James Barry, MD, MBA, is an experienced physician leader and healthcare innovator focused on improving neonatal care. Currently serving on the Executive Council for the Section on Neonatal Perinatal Medicine at the American Academy of Pediatrics, James co-founded NeoMIND-AI to advance artificial intelligence technologies in pediatric healthcare. Previously, they held the position of Medical Director for the level III Neonatal ICU at UCHealth, where they implemented quality improvement initiatives that significantly reduced mortality and morbidity rates. With a strong academic background, James has also held a professorship at Children's Hospital Colorado and earned multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, culminating in a Healthcare Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver Business School.
