Luis Lechuga

Luis Lechuga began their work experience in 2001 as a Research Associate at Children's Hospital and Health Center San Diego. In 2002, they became the Project Director for the Childhood Asthma Initiative at the American Lung Association in California, a role they held until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Coordinator for the San Diego Regional Asthma Coalition within the same organization. From 2008 to 2012, Luis worked as the Programs Director for the American Lung Association in California. In 2012, they joined the American Academy of Pediatrics as a Senior Project Specialist, and in 2022, they became the Project Director.

Luis Lechuga began their education in 1990 at UC San Diego. Luis studied there from 1990 to 1994, but it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. Following this, they attended the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine from 1995 to 1999, but again, no specific degree or field of study is provided. Finally, from 1999 to 2001, Luis Lechuga pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Services Administration at San Diego State University.
