Olamide K. is currently the Equity Initiatives Manager at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where they oversee programs and projects focused on promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion as well as advancing health equity. Previously, Olamide served as a Programs and Learning Manager at Health Leads, managing learning initiatives to improve community health and addressing essential resource needs. They also have experience in social media marketing, legal internships, and project assistance, alongside a diverse educational background that includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University and an experience at TSiBA Education in South Africa. Fluent in three languages, including Mandarin, Olamide is dedicated to leveraging project management and technology to enhance equitable program delivery.
