Robert Katchen

Robert Katchen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert has held various roles in the field of information technology. From 1984 to 1986, they worked as a Computer Operator/B at Zurich American Insurance. Robert then moved on to Pansophic Systems, where they served as a Technical Customer Support from 1986 to 1989. Following that, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Weber Marking Systems from 1989 to 1991. From 1991 to 2000, they held the position of Technical Support Supervisor/System Administrator at United Stationers. Robert also worked as a Manager, Corporate Data Security at United Stationers from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they served as Sr. Manager Corporate Security Governance at United Stationers. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they worked as Director, IT at United Stationers/Lagasse. Moving forward, they joined Fidelitone Logistics as Director of IT Infrastructure from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they joined the American Academy of Pediatrics and held various positions including Director, Division of Infrastructure Services and Technical Support from 2011 to 2012, Acting Director, Department of Information Technology in 2012, Director, Department of Information Technology from 2012 to 2016, and Senior Vice President, Information Technology from 2016 onwards.

Robert Katchen attended DeVry University from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
