Sloane Magee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sloane began their career in 2013 at Boise State University as a Student Caller, where they solicited donations from university alumni. Sloane then worked at Noodles & Company as a Journey Leader from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they served as a Server at Edge Brewing Company.

In 2016, Sloane joined Capitol Autism Services as a Behavioral Health Technician, implementing behavior plans for children with autism. Sloane also managed client behavior using de-escalation techniques and adapted to individual and environmental needs.

During the same period, Sloane worked at Mindful Health Solutions in various roles. As a TMS Technician/Patient Care Coordinator, they administered Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments and provided compassionate patient care. Sloane also served as a Clinical Project Coordinator, managing a program called "TMS Connect" that tracked patient outcomes and implemented automation for efficiency. Additionally, they played a role in training psychiatrists and oversaw residency training programs.

Since 2019, Sloane has been working at the American Academy of Pediatrics. Sloane started as a Quality Coordinator and eventually transitioned into the roles of Accreditation Specialist and Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Sloane has demonstrated skills in program management, patient care, training, and coordination. Sloane is knowledgeable in using electronic health records systems and proficient in software such as Valant/NextGen, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Sloane Magee completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at Boise State University from 2011 to 2015.
