Stephanie Smiley

Stephanie Smiley currently serves as the Director at the American Academy of Pediatrics since November 2020. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Director of the Bureau of Communicable Diseases and Communications Director at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services from July 2011 to November 2020. Early experience includes serving as a Program Assistant - Student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1996 and 2000. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School, earned between 2016 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Art Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2000.
