Susan Eizenga has a diverse work experience, starting in 1996 as a Commercial Operations Representative at Resource Bank. Susan then worked as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at Paige Personnel, where their administrative responsibilities varied. Susan was also an Assistant Director/Teacher Aide at Alpha Reading Center from 2012 to 2013. Susan took a break from their career to be a stay-at-home mom from 1999 to 2014, during which they traveled with their husband and later managed a household with three children. Susan joined Apple Vacations in 2014 as a Product Coordinator and stayed until 2017. Currently, they work as a Membership Operations Specialist at the American Academy of Pediatrics, starting in 2017.

Susan Eizenga obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Science in Management from Northern Illinois University. Susan completed their education from 1993 to 1998 at the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Supporting Your Mental Health While Working from Home" from LinkedIn in February 2022.
