AAPCO Group is a national general contractor, specializing in the complete renovation and restoration of #multifamily communities throughout the United States. Our teams manage projects from the viewpoint of the on-site staff and residents. We focus on great communication and a high level of service to eliminate complaints at the properties; all while staying on-schedule, on-budget, and delivering quality renovations of which you, your residents, and your owners can be proud.

AAPCO's founding principle is to be a Christ-centered business. This means conducting every aspect of business, individually and company-wide, to have a positive influence in the lives of employees, clients, subcontractors, and the communities served.

AAPCO is pursuing growth in both sales and market-share across the country with the hope of being viewed as the multi-family apartment industry's most trusted general contractor. AAPCO also has a vision to help people who are hurting - by applying contracting skills to renovate properties for those who cannot afford to do so themselves; and by reaching out in more spiritual ways to give them the support and strength.

We don't just renovate a property. We build confidence.

Our mission is: "restoring communities by providing quality construction, excellent service, and competitive pricing in a way that honors Jesus Christ."

Our vision is: "to become known on a national level as the most caring, generous, and trusted general contractor in our sphere of influence."
