Charles Bailey

Charles Bailey is the Co-Founder and Project Manager at AAPlasma, LLC, where they have successfully identified and submitted over 200 grants, managing multiple projects that have secured $4.3 million in funding. Previously, they founded Growth Gamez, LLC, creating a model that linked video game efforts to real-world environmental changes, resulting in over 10,000 trees planted. Charles has also served as a Capital Projects Engineer for the City of Philadelphia and conducted plasma research at the Drexel Plasma Institute. Currently, they are pursuing both a Bachelor's and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Drexel University.
