Tom Doan

Tom Doan has extensive experience in application development and management, currently serving as the Manager of Application Development at the American Academy of Ophthalmology, where leadership of a development team supports ophthalmology members through web applications. Previously, at Workday, Tom managed multiple scrum teams, spearheaded the development of settlement payment transactions, and achieved significant performance improvements.
